ROOM PROJECT 2022

Our client first contacted us late in 2021, they had an initial vision that they wanted for their garden, through detailed discussions over a period of time we designed a multi purpose space including a 6m x 4.8m garden room, covered jacuzzi area and storage space clad in the same Western Red Cedar cladding as the other structures.

Due to the height of the garden room required and the overall size, this project would require planning permission (usually most garden rooms do not require planning permission and can be built under Permitted Development - We can advise you on this). We worked closely with our client and architect to submit the application in November 2021, in February 2022 full planning permission was granted.

We started the build in April 2022, the project took 7 weeks to complete, this included a week of clearance and ground preparation.
