We design and build bespoke garden rooms, whether you’re looking for a home office, gym, games room or just some additional space we can help you fulfil your vision. We have a wealth of experience building garden rooms, in the past we have specialised in building on difficult plots and gardens with restricted access.

 

We have a showroom available to visit by appointment only.

 

We only use premium materials in the construction of our buildings, from the galvanised steel ground screws that we use as our preferred foundation system to the carefully sourced timber cladding.

As standard, our rooms include:

- Ground screw foundation

- Structural graded timber frame 

- PIR Insulation (floor, walls & roof)

- EPDM roof system

- Thermowood cladding 

- Fully plaster boarded & plastered

- Electric wifi enabled radiator

- Internal electrics package

- Sliding or french doors

- Ventilation window

- Laminate flooring & Skirting boards

 

Due to the bespoke nature of our builds the additional options available both internally and externally are limitless, for example, our rooms in the past have included bathrooms, bi-fold doors, mirrored walls, home bar, golf simulators, home cinema , air conditioning, feature wallpapered walls, made to measure cabinetry including TV media walls and covered jacuzzi areas.
